During Class
During Class
Your workout is a fiery combo of ballet, contemporary dance and HIIT. You’ll be working your legs and glutes with dance-based moves and getting a full body burn with the HIIT workout. Sliders, resistance bands, dumbbells and pilates balls ensure that you can work those smaller muscles that were long forgotten.
