One takes the heat up with poses that challenges your balance and your muscles, while the keeps it muted with deep stretches. It’s an hour of either a strength challenge or total bliss – you won’t know till you arrive.

Strength Yoga or Relaxation Yoga – they take the same form. You’ll go through a series of poses and focus on your breath. With Strength Yoga, we turn up the heat. The emphasis is on poses that challenge your muscles and balance. Relaxation Yoga takes a gentler approach. Flow smoothly through poses and release all your tension.
