At REGENERATE, we double up on the warm up. First, get your muscles awake with a foam roller. Then a second dynamic warm up to get them fired up. Squats, lunges, leg swings and more. Now, the focus changes. 3 rounds of core work, 4 minutes each to really strengthen your lower back and core muscles. Then the relief. It’s 20 minutes of you and your foam roller, find those trigger points and go at it.
