Your trainer will take you through a 3-minute warm up to get familiar with boxing strikes. The body and mind are now ready for the workout. Time for action! Go hard with hook, jab, cross and upper-cut combos. Match it up with strength training – use your body, use some weights – we got you covered. Between each round, there will be a 60 second rest. You can hide in the corner OR you could fist bump your fellow fighters. We recommend the latter. Each class ends with some recovery stretches and a Namaslay.
